ORIGIN
We started in a clinic, not a boardroom.
INSOLECH was founded by a podiatrist and an engineer who shared an apartment in Dubai and a frustration with how custom orthotic care worked in the UAE. Prescriptions on paper. Workshops with no visibility. Patients waiting weeks without an update. Reorders that meant starting over.
We built INSOLECH because the clinics we worked with deserved better. Every feature on the platform comes from a real conversation with a podiatrist, a provider, or a patient who told us what was broken, and then watched us fix it.
OUR CRAFT
Manufacturing, end-to-end.
We don't outsource the parts that matter. INSOLECH operates a hybrid manufacturing pipeline (CNC milling for traditional materials, additive manufacturing for lattice insoles, and a fitting workshop staffed by orthopaedic technicians).
Every product moves through a quality check at every stage. Every prescription is traceable from scan to delivery. And every reorder picks up exactly where the last one left off.
